Hello everyone,

I was kinda wondering what the best passages in your opinion are from Yogani in his books.

What passage or lesson in the Yogani books really helped you in your path? I know all of them are helping of course. But I was just wondering what some of your favorites are.

Lesson 411 Less is More, which says "...our inner spiritual momentum has become largely self-sustaining." It is the first time I have come across a tangible and practical principle that transcends the impermanent, transient, binding, and cyclical nature of this short state of existence as it is known now.

"The path is in us already...No one body of knowledge is complete...but inside you are, waiting to be revealed" p.68, Support Forum Posts of Yogani 2005-2010. This reveled a different paradigm than the one I was accustomed to, establishing the practices in accord with pristine observations of the natural world, inner and outer.

Samyama, samyama, samyama...
http://www.aypsite.org/150.html

With samyama we are moving inner silence. We are moving the immovable, moving the rock of pure consciousness. Actually, we are expanding the rock. We are expanding it out through our nervous system. With most practices we are working from the outside inward. With samyama, we are going the other way. We are working from the inside outward.
