Hello everyone,
I have one question. When in DM, should i engage the shambavi mudra? I have been doing the SPB then DM with the mudra.

Yes! It does happen naturally. As soon as I start doing the SPB my eyes just naturally go up and to the center of my forehead. Or at least it feels like they go there. So, it's ok then....Good to know! Thank you!!

Yes, that is how it progresses, becomes a natural thing the eye does when we close our eyes.
