Can anyone provide more information about Kundalini Yoga? I am interested in beginning it, but I do not where to begin! I have tried yoga before but not this particular type, so I guess you could say I’m still kinda a newbie when it comes to it. Thanks for any help in advance!

However, kundalini yoga is one aspect of the AYP approach, and there is more. you will get better idea when you go ahead and read about inner silence and ecstatic conductivity.

Hi Zooey Steele, I'm curious which kundalini yoga you are wanting to learn.. the Sikh based Yogi Bhajan style of yoga, or something related to AYP deep meditation or samyama?
