Hi everyone,

It's been a long time since i'm trying to do Kechari Mudra, i haven't tried snipping, just Talabya.

But a couple days ago i dreamed that for the first time i could perform the Kechari Mudra. I even felt the sensation of putting the tongue there and some gag reflex.

I thinks that something needs to happen, right?

Hi Anibaru,

If it were me, I suspect I would take such a dream as a sign of readiness to start snipping.
