Just wondered if anyone experiences relief from head pressure when doing Kechari Mudra? It is quite a pleasurable feeling, its like….well I guess the energy has somewhere to go, its redirected so to speak. It’s almost an instant experience, as soon as I get my tongue to the far edge of the soft palate (as far as I can go right now) the pressure is purged.
The reason I ask is because I was under the impression that if one adds another practice it would increase an over load symptom. As this defiantly happens with the other Mudras and Bandhas in my experience.
