Hiya,

im finding that mudras and bandhas are becoming an automatic practice throughtout my day but i don't have a comprehensive list.

i bought the book but it turned out to be in spanish duhh.

i'm currently feeling mulabandha when i do spinal breathing, i do the thing where you hold your breath your nostrils and your tongue against the roof of your mouth and feel the pressure this seems to be an automatic habit i've picked up.

i also sometimes practise shambhavi as someone in the realm of spirit was reccomending it and its been really useful.

are their any others that could be useful.

i seem to hav9sorrye a massive blockage in my left hemisphere of awful snotty stuff (sorry)

do i need alternate nostril breathing or nasal rinse? or both

i'm a bit concerned about all this kundalini business but at the same time it seems to have become a nessesity.

i currently do a considerable time of mindfulness and have recently added spinal breathing.

i'm not overloading at the moment but i can see that i am close to the edge.

if anyone more experienced can advise that would be really useful.

joe

Hi,

Daily nasal rinse is good for nasal health.

AYP recommends it,

as do many other sources.

I have used nasal rinse with noticeable benefit, and highly recommend it.

Best,
