I recently watched a video about a guy who says he fairly dramatically (in fact if I remembered correctly, doubled) his quality of sleep with two simple factors. One is by some kind of herb (he discusses it), but the other is a much easier, much more accessible route. He did inversions (anything that puts you upside down - head/shoulderstand) before bedtime. You can watch the video for yourself, I'll link it at the bottom.
Anyway although I haven't experimented enough to say whether or not my sleep has changed, I can say from the few times I've tried it - once I hop into bed I feel the most fantastic ease and warmth! I've discovered I love inversions.
Anyway I hope some find this interesting or helpful.
