i am new to this kind of meditation but i have been on the path of spirituality for a long time.
until i begun DM my practice has consisted of Tantra (Chakras and sound), Ashtanga Yoga and my own idea of Self-inquiry based on reading works from Ramana Maharshi to... well, you name it :)
all these practices are very interesting on their own but it wasn't until i introduced DM that i begun to feel a real connection to them
DM has deepened my experiental understanding, not just my theoretical understanding.
