Don't know where to place this query so I placed it here only....
I sometimes observe that when I go to spiritual places like temple or at some spiritual process for ex: In some pooja (hindi word), then there looks to be some increase in energy in my body. Ex: I feel less tired, need less sleep etc.
So if this is the case, how to maintain this at home, since it is not possible every day to spent more time there.
Many people may say via meditation, but it sucks my energy even more than the normal day to day tasks(However most will not agree with this ).
