Hi Friends,

Just wanted to confirm if is this is the rise of witness. I have always been a planner. I’ve always planned how my life was going to be. Now, it’s almost like I don’t have any plans. Not even a plan for the day. I just go with the flow and with the confidence that everything will be okay. It seems everyone around me is always planning or worried about something. When I see this, at times I have a feeling that maybe I should be planning and that I’m too relaxed. But, when I pay attention to that thought, it disappears right away and then I’m back to the same care free state. This happens throughout the day. I start getting worried about something, I just pay attention to it and the tension disappears. I’m able to watch my reactions better.
In the past when someone said anything critical to me, I would react right away. Now, I’m able to watch the reaction arise in my mind. I’m able to just smile at that person and not say anything.

Thanks a bunches.
