I agree with R.C. that the web site is fine like it is. The reason I
got into AYP myself and started reading the lessons was that the site
is simple, not fancy, showing that the author is not after financial
gain, but simply to convey the knowledge, which indicates an
enlightened person. It shows that the author has not spent a large
amount of energi trying to get you to read it, but simply making it
available. There are plenty of fancy yogasites out there that try to
grab your attention, but they don't contain much knowledge of real
value, and their ultimate goal is usually to gain some advantage
themselves.

Very nicely said Jan. :)

I am not one to go on MSN much, but I wonder if we could have an MSN
group linking back to the yahoo group? Many people just look at MSN
groups.

I've noticed that some MSN groups create yahoo groups that just link
people back to the original MSN group. I have no idea how this works
but perhaps it might be worth exploring to expose the AYP practices
site and the AYP forum site to more people.... Does anyone know how
to do this?

Hi - I wrote privately earlier, but wanted to add that I'd build a web forum
if you'd like.

Just let me know how and when you'd like my help

Hello,

I have been trying to send a post to AYP page but I have not been able to.

I would like to share my little grain of sand with you. I started attending
Sat Nam Rasayan classes a few months ago. After years of practicing yoga
(first Hatha and then Kundalini where I remain) I am feeling a very deep
change taking place in my life. Daily Sadhana is hard at first, but, when
you try it you cannot go without it. Everything comes to you little by
little, your body starts asking you for healthier diet, healthier thoughts.
Pushing is not good, things just come easily at the right time. Listen to
your body and keep on going with your yoga practice.

Sat Nam,

Gurusher Kaur
