I've been doing this kind of practice from 2yrs No big deal coming out, but i know that we shouldn't have any expectations, so a little settlement to find time, another little one to gently favour the mantra but From a month or so, there's something so negative arising up fter 5 min i sit for practice It leaves me totally angry, weird, unconfortable, can't recognize from where it's from
****in hell mates, these practices was supposed not to harm, but i feel so. should i stop it for a while? actually shavasana make me feel way more relaxed, idk |

Hi JonnyFire
Emotions will come up with practice and can be treated as purification. Nothing to worry about. It's happened to me in the past and will no doubt happen again...
If it gets too much during practice just using breath to gently focus upon instead of the mantra can help.
If these emotions are not carrying on into everyday life I would just carry on as you are. It will pass. If they are affecting your daily life then maybe resting a bit longer after meditating can help, 10 mins or more, if you have the time.
If that doesn't help then maybe focusing on the breath would next step.
All the best! |
