Hello,
i made #8203;#8203;a deep meditation and mantra ayam, 20 min and 3 min rest
I felt a sore head be, and then faster heartbeat and after CEST past .....

I signal that a problem i back and tinnitus, I hope it'll not be a problem, or that it'll not amplify things ...
