The only thing that works for me is meditation. I guess I'm just too new to this to do anything else. My med takes on many forms, sometimes just wild thoughts that I try and follow, other times I can stay on a mantra but very hard to stay on just one. Some days I have to work at it to med twice, then there are days I can do four 1/2 sittings. Not really according to Hoyle, but I'm trying to settle a very stubborn, rattling, long-term habituated pony. Slow but sure, I guess. Sometimes you have to just find your own way for awhile, till things settle and I can get back to AYP's program. Thanks, Larry
