Hello everybody,

I've stopped asking clarifications and went on practicing for a bit.
My "inspiration" is really going down, since I am eager to see changes and after 8 months I m still the same. I managed to keep the twice a day practice going though.

With this frustration, comes an increasing sense of passivity while doind DM (which is my only practice now, I dropped SBP because I feel I am still struggling with DM.

I feel passive, demotivated, I meditate just because. This is also the feeling I have WHILE I meditate (ok...after I feel this feeling I usually, of course, go back to the mantra :D ). I kept the practice the same though, I didn't change.

I am wondering if this approach to practice couln't hinder my progress...not that there is anything to hinder though...

Thanks

Riccardo

Stillness in action, action in stillness.

Passivity in activity, activity in passivity.

And you thought you were not changing, your illusory self wants to see change and is frustrated, the frustration drives the Bakhti.

The match lights the bonfire, the bonfire and the match are both burned in the fire.

Relax, your doing fine.
