Just about at my 1 yr. ann. with AYP and I can't say thanks enough to everyone. I've gotten so much help from really great people. Anyway,I though I might share a piece of info I just connected with all this. Nerve cells are the only ones that never reproduce in the human body. AYP is always saying that meditation along with the other practices on site 'fix' or 'reorient' the nerve system. How sensible. Now I see the practicality of med. even more!

Yes, and thank you all so much. What an absolutely great band of world-wide people we all have here. Yogani was created a mass blessing. You guys and gals are powerful examples of what someone can attain and then share.
