Hi All,
Long time no speak.
I'm looking at doing some Ayurveda treatments for specific ailments and though there are good books out there, there are specific questions I have.
Does anyone use/know of/know anyone that knows of an Ayurveda Forum they can recommend?
There are so many of them that I just thought it would be best to get a review before I go joining.
