Hi Boris,
May I know for how long you are doing the DM? and I dont know if you have added the spinal breathing pranayama yet.For me I felt the energy moments etc after adding the SBP.
But I suggest you go with DM for a month or so and then slowly introduce SBP.
Here the energy moment or such things it varies from person to person but I am sure some cleaning or purification is taking place. And what you feel is quiet normal just keep up the practice. With anapanasati yes one feels the vibrations. I too felt it but here some feel it at once and for some it takes time but I am sure some purification is taking place.I hope you are doing the DM regularly.

hello, thanks for the answer.i have been doing it for about one and a half year regulary. The only thing i dont like about this meditation is the overload.otherwise it feels great if you finf yor own limit an keep it under that limit. I suspect overload might come from the lack of energy circulation i feel in other meditations.I feel it is more like condensing energy into the body.and then this energy needs time to circulate in the body before the next meditation session .if not enough time is given, there will be overload.Any thougts? |

From the lessons, it is suggested to keep at the practices and not worry about scenery or symptoms. Grounding is also recommended, so for you if you feel your energy condensing and stagnating, you could try something that makes it circulate but without adding more openings to potentially interfere with steady self-pacing.
I've been at it for almost a year using asanas SBP YMK DM and samyama and have used breath meditation before that, but never felt anything with breath meditation (which I've done regularly and for longer than AYP using a number of breath methods) other than occasional heating up perhaps and at times a tangible sense of expansion in space, while with DM more recently experience light pressure or tinglings or other unexplainable symptoms especially at the crown region, and some minor but very rare space-expansion symptoms. |
