Almost impossible to sleep or fall asleep. Body extremely tired from lack of sleep, bit I is not the body nor the mind and Awareness has high energetic quality to it. Mind is freaking out seeing its own end. Many subconscious elements arise to the forefront (strange things such as blueprints for spirituality activation machines and mathematical formulas with odd characters in them.

Seems to be some sort of grounding element that is missing in the face of this high wattage of energy that awareness itself caries.

Have others here tasted these as well?

Pretty much what I've been through at a few times... It will all settle down eventually...

Was the same here and never settled down or worked in the long run. May work in optimal living conditions where nothing is needed to be done anymore.

Indirectly making awareness visible through cleaning the pipes works here, but still is not as fast, thorough, encompassing and deep as the direct approach.

Dear Holy,

I am sorry, don't wanna seem like a know it all guy. But it's obvious that there's too much effort in what you're doing. Which in turn contradicts the process of being as welcoming awareness. I think you are talking of being aware of objects. As in being with objects or whatever is happening. Whereas resting as awareness means being aware of awareness and just being in welcoming whatever arises.

Love,
Ananda

Dear Ananda,

resting as awareness seems to work for some. Another description would be "being consciously aware of what is always". Another would be "being consiously continuity itself". One could also say, adding chit to sat, resulting in your name :).

For this body mind complex here this direct approach had similiar reactions like for the thread opener, why the above reply came. No mind, no breath, no bloodflow, no digestion, no will, physical death in bliss.

The first effortful chit (which included objects, you are right) turned into a choiceless happening of sat-chit 24/7. This lasted for some more weeks in intense increasement of your name with the described effects of mental and physical neutralization.

I know that these are transitional effects till body mind adapts to functioning in infinite bliss, which also means that body mind can be prepared and this transition can be smoothed with..

Dear maheswari,

cleaning the pipes, aka pranayama, meditation etc. =)

The direct approach has the advantage, that you don't lose sight of that for which you are doing the indirect one =P If the karmic culmination of your body-mind-happening can stand the "wattage of awareness", you have found the best. If not, guru grace, yoga or both can help a lot and did here.
