Hi all,

At times, in past two months, I have felt energy concentration and movement at the front side of the body. Additionally, at times it has been goosebumps in front of the heart area, and sometimes little pressure on the frontside of solar chakra.

Recently, I am experiencing those with more intensity while I am doing SBP. My SBP has become kinda automatic than before, as it seems that I need to make the intention and kick start the pranayama, then enegy itself takes it to the finishing line. On yesterday’s sit, it clearly felt in one instance, that the energy changed its course after waist and took the front side as a root. It crossed the solar and heart chakra touching the sternum, then aligned with the spine just before the throat chakra. I was surprised.

However, I do not feel the heart and solar chakra with such intensity on my back.

So... is this OK? anybody had such experiences?

Hi Swan,

Yes, that's fine... as long as you continue the practice as it is described in the book, tracing the spinal nerve between the perineum and the ajna chakra. The prana will move in different ways at different times and that is fine. Try not to be distracted by it. In general the front aspects of the main chakras (no's 2 to 6) are felt more powerfully than the back sides.
