Hello All;
I always had difficulty visualizing a silver thread during spinal breathing pranayama.
Now that I give up on visualizing it this way,I see the spinal nerve as a gold tube.
Is that an acceptable visualization in AYP's pranayama :)

I don't know if this is a silly question but I care about details & doing it properly.

Or maybe better treat it as scenery.

Hi Delara

I would say that whatever helps you carry out SB keep doing it. As long as it doesn't get in the way of the simple process it can't harm.
