Hi Everyone,

My name is Aly and I've been a member here since 2006. Though I have not been active since 2008 on the forum I have continued meditating and practicing through the last 3-4 years.

I was so happy to see that Shanti is still here - Hello dear one.

Yogani suggested I come back to the forum - so here I am.

Now living in Portland, OR and teaching full time Meditation and Sanskrit Mantra.
