Not the clearest thing ever written but maybe someone will find some value.

*********

Every emotional arising of fear, worry, doubt, anger, sadness etc. stems from a lack of trust in Life. A lack of trust in the understanding that we are taken care of by Life, whether it is apparent or not.

These emotional arisings of fear, worry, doubt, anger, sadness etc., are experienced when there is attachment to ideas and thoughts about the way life should be or the way we would like to be. These attachments are the roots of suffering.

Trust in the flow of life is natural when "I" doesn't attach to these ideas. It is also natural when there is no attachment to the concepts of "I" or "me".

The mind is no longer believed and seen for what it is: a machine designed to think of all the possibilities in every situation.

Complete trust in the flow of Life brings fearlessness.

Resting in the knowing that the Wisdom of Life is supreme.

Yes. And it has thought of yet another possibility.
