Hello Everybody! I am new Seeker and new at the forum.Please i would like to know were to start since Yogani has a lot of books.Shall i buy the AYP Easy lessons volume 1?I already have the Tantra Book. Thanks!

Hi stelio75, and welcome!

The best place to start is at the beginning, which in AYP is with Deep Meditation. You can find step-by-step instructions by starting at the beginning of the free online main lessons here, at the beginning of the AYP Easy Lessons for Ecstatic Living (Vol 1) book, or with the small Deep Meditation book, which is the first one in the Enlightenment Series.
