If a man has already achieved a natural rising of semen through the root, is it better to continue with orgasmic practices where the semen is drawn up into the bladder through orgasm? Or is it better to remain celibate where no orgasm occurs and the semen is left to rise up on its own? Is there a benefit to letting the semen build up? Or should I keep drawing it up with tantric practices?
