when I'm loosing the mantra during meditation…I find myself repeating om…so I get back to mantra…then again I find myself feeling om and repeating it instead of the mantra….& so on.. OM is the dominant sound in my head...I'm actually hearing it during meditation that's why i tend to repeat it instead of IAM. did anyone have similar experience and if yes any idea why it's happening?
