Dear Brothers and sisters
i need answer for this tow answers please.

1- the first question about IAM mantra:

OR

please which one should i do for i am mantra the first one like(AAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMM) or the second one(repeate i am many many times repetitions while exhalation period).

2-the second question?
for how many months i should do IAM mantra (to preapare), because according to my understanding i will then move to next lessons of pranayama. so is it 3 months or 6 months or IAM mantra. i am still new
