I had an interesting and wonderful, though fleeting, experience this morning while drinking my coffee.
As the raised the cup to my lips, just for an instant, the "me" that I'm familiar with was gone and it felt as if it was the Universe raising the cup instead of the "me". It was the most non-dual (if that makes sense) I've ever felt.
