this morning i woke up and immediately thought the following:
close your eyes and the outside world will vanish
what vanishes is impermanent
what is impermanent is unreal
what is unreal is not worth holding to
do your duties and let the mirage pass by
witnissing the body move around performing duties
using the mind only when absolutely necessary ..otherwise just disposing of the mind and thoughts

Ramana Maharshi says that waking state is no better than dream state....He used to call them (respectively) dream 2 and dream 1..

this morning when i woke i said to myself...well dream 1 is finished for now....welcome to dream 2...
