I seldom did spinal breathing because it would make my body hot and also lots of stuff would come up the next day. But now my body is more purified I think, and I feel that I'll be able to do more spinal breathing (I got the prompting from inside).
Anyway I just did spinal breathing before the meditation and it was really good. really great.
Before finding AYP I read the Autobiography of a Yogi, and looked everywhere on the net about the practice of the first Kriya (similar to spinal breathing). I downloaded the SRF lessons and even when I got to the end and there was the explained practice, it looked so intimidating. I was alone in this with this super advanced practice that SRF cautions that it should be practiced with absolute care and only if you're initiated (I think) by SRF. So it was kinda scary and I didn't want to start.
So what I'm getting at is that, I'm Super grateful to you Yogani and this community, which gives everything you need to travel the path safely, with a lot of support if needed.
