Hiya,
I've been practising Deep med for about 8 months with positive results.
However i was reading into mindfulness and it has also (already) had a powerful effect.
It seems that both cultivate the witness when done correctly.
Now i seem to be doing it all the time even when doing deep meditation.
What kind of effect is this going to happen on my transformation?
will it open my chakras?
i seem to be aware far more of the time in the present moment and have noticed that the day seems to last far longer.
I can read books all sorts.
i have a mental illness which ruined my focus and awareness but i seem to be getting back to some kind of witness state.
Any thoughts will be eagerly read :)
Joe
