Today while in deep meditation, after a round of chanting OM several times in various pitches / levels, it felt like I am nothing but an echo.
This echo reflects / acts differently in the four states... but itself remains ever unchanged.

When something terrible happens,
sometimes it leaves a mark or trace, a mark that acts...
Like a knot between two time lines.
It's just like an echo...
It repeats itself over and over again, waiting to be heard.
Like an open wound... that begs to be healed, therefore relieved of the pain.
You hear, but don't listen.
Seeing is not believing.
It's the other way around.
