Namaste:

I often find myself in daydreaming about situations, where I am the center of attraction. For e.g., I would be a Hero by saving some one from an accident; or I would create some big emotional scene where every one would feel deeply towards me etc. The essence of all these thoughts /daydreaming: everything is centered around me.

I think it is want of attention/recognition here ?. What practice would help me to break this pattern (apart DM) and how can I be more grounded ? It would be a great help, if some one can throw some insight into my problem.

Regards
Hemanth
