Not sure if this counts as an enlightenment milestone or not, but I recently finished reading it and I feel like I have learned so much. Also, I'm about half way through The Secrets of Wilder and enjoying it very much. Yogani is a very gifted writer.
Ive done over a decade of research on the deepest practices of eastern spirituality and the AYP book is the equivalent to everything I learned I couldnt believe it. It was actually better too because he specified how important certain practices where and what they are for where before I just knew of a ton of practices and didnt really know in what direction to go. Best book ever.
