I was googling "automatic om during meditation" when I found this link:

I don't know from whom I received Shaktipat (guess it was Osho) but everything that is written in that pdf is absolutely true.

They have a great newsletters section where the Guru has answered questions in a very good way.

I think there was a thread about this group a few years ago. If I remember correctly, some AYPers received Shaktipad online from one of the Gurus. I don't remember exactly what the results were though.

Shaktipat is everywhere (like The Matrix ) and so is the energy of the Guru you love and trust.

The moment you are ready (or you surrender / let go), it starts flowing into you. This is Grace, this is Shaktipat.

Trust and Love is the ground on which the seed of Skatipat is sown.
