This may seem like a strange topic for discussion. However, it is a serious affliction that many people around the world suffer with. I am a blusher and have been suffering from anxiety about blushing for 4 years. It occurs in stressful situations where i feel "on the spot"
I know it may seem a little odd to be treated as a serious problem, but for me the intensity of the blush and the time it lasts can be very uncomfortable, especially in company or in a bar, or an interview etc.
Deep meditation has lessened my anxiety in general anyway and has indirectly helped the blushing. It has also given me a greater sense of purpose and diverted my attention away from my appearance. I am due to try hypnosis and NLP soon to tackle the issue directly.
I doubt there is anybody here who is suffering from this. But if there are i would love to hear from them and perhaps we can help one another.
