i think through relaxing and thinking the best of others, being empathetic to what may appear as mistakes, and empathetic to others assumptions, and really listening and live and let live, basically relaxing, having empathy and wishing the best to all consistently
an old taoist phrase is, dont mend the inborn nature, and there is virtue to this
althought sometimes one is just compelled to try i think, and so then one should do it, better oneself, but wonder what is really this idea 'better'? but when these things are imposed, one is just imposing on ones own freedom

more important that restraint is to have times where you do not restrain yourself at all, even if its totally alone, this is important, the more free we can be amongst one another our dharma friends, the more enjoyable life is at a base level, and that is all around good for all

as kuan yin would say, Om Mani Padme Hum

or like this chant, its very beautiful, it is awareness, it points to awareness, do you always want to be listening to a lifeless recordning, well no, but is it really so lifeless?
this is really a beautiful chant and im so glad it came into my life

loving kindness is almost paradoxical in nature, but so great so great like a candlelight, so many can be light, it doesnt diminish the original flame

even the flame when it is extiguished in Nibbana, energy is never lost, it becomes even more pure selfless, one with all, and had it ever really left.. all is the soft flame of awareness

namaste

has any of it ever really happened anyway? what prove is there but this? and what could this ever prove except something immediate, it only proves its suchness, and perhaps not even th--Nom myo renge kyo!
