Hello everybody,
how many times a month is recommended to do the retreat, (I do in my house)?
assanas + meditation + samyama + rest, repeat the cycle again
Two cycles in the morning for two consecutive days?
,
I can do more cycles?
which routine is recommended? |

Hi Ayamer,
I am guessing you read the posts with directions on the solo retreats:
Weekend Solo Retreats - Schedule & Information
Extended Solo Retreats - Schedule & Information
As to how often you can do these retreats, I am not really sure. Try them once or twice a month and see if it feels comfortable. If not make the gaps longer, if they feel fine, maybe you can try them every weekend or every other weekend?
I hope some of this helps.

ps: I do not feel good with my nickname in uppercase (AYAMER), i like (Ayamer) but I do not know how to replace this |

wonderful,, thanks .. I did not know how to change it .. I think this is a samyama ..
now I'm happy because I did not like "AYAMER", but I think during my register I was in "caps lock" ... and had not noticed
