namaste friends,

just wanna share a little discovery with you maybe someone out there happens to go through the same thing i go through from time to time.

every few weeks or so i experience a big kundalini surge in relation to the crown and there is too much energy up there and as usual i do all the self pacing stuff in lesson 69: http://www.aypsite.org/69.html

and me fighting with the energy in the head playing with it and trying to get it back down and forcing my way toward the ajna away from the crown kind of makes the whole thing one big mess.

the solution is simple, self pace with the tools you have in lesson 69 but at the same time when the thing happens don't be paranoid about it or try and fight and dwell on it's symptoms just accept it and feel the ajna (third eye)

when the energy is present heavily at the head and the crown just put some gentle attention on the third eye nothing more is needed just take it easy and welcome the whole thing.

this way it will be for the best and you'll benefit from the overload and purify the ajna. of course some of the negative symptoms will still be there from time to time but they would be very tolerable and things will settle down after a good night sleep or two.

Love
Ananda
