kumbhaka
for as long as you safely can
My source is Clear Light of Bliss. Of course practice without step 1 first.
I guess you could also add AYP elements like kechari mudra (which coincidentally is associated with kumbhaka i.e. Mallinson's book)and yoni mudra.
