i don't know if this is a common K experience but it's the next time this happens with me in two months so i wanted to share it here just FYI and mine when i look back.
okay here it goes:
"a slight orgasmic and teasing pressure on and in the nerves in most of the body including legs and arms and especially around the muladhara area up to the heart space but it's mostly powerful between the muladhara and the navel and stuff are being cleansed inside the physical heart and right side of the chest and there is a slight pain sometimes piercing which goes along with the whole thing from time to time(a few days back i had a serious knot untying (tearing apart) on the surface of my physical heart due to the rising soma which was coming from the solar plexus) and also inside the spinal nerve where some heavy work seems to be going on and a strong pressure parallel to the solar plexus is present.
the last time this orgasmic pressure happened the whole nectar cycle got more elevated and more ecstasy and toxicity were here and this seems pretty much like the same thing; probably a preparation for the nerves for circuiting more kundalini energy."
and i should point out that these nerves really feel like they are calling for something "maybe more kundalini up there."
on the heart opening part i guess it's also worth to mention the increase in tear shedding and over sensitivity to scenes and bhakti that summon upon compassion... and of course more loving service...
Hi Ananda, It is quite common with shaktipat to experience powerful orgasmic stimulation, which I experienced the first time I had shaktipat.I have been told this is common to many people and have spoken to a few who told me they experienced the same.So I guess your answer would be that when the prana builds then it is common.
