Hello everyone,
I am experiencing changes in my mantra "i am", I did mantra "i am" with the first letter "i" in my language sounds like "A" as in "American", I did with "aaa" then sounds "aaay-am" y "as in" yes ", I felt better and go deeper meditation .. is that correct?
thankyou in advanced

Hi ayamer,
From the original pronuntiation, exactly the same that "i am" in english and as a starting point in you practice, just follow the flow.Dont try to attach your self to a particular pronuntiation. Is pretty normal to observe the mantra changing to different levels of pronuntiation in a natural way.Let it be like it is.It will lead you deeper and deeper (like you are observing).
You are feeling better cz yopu are releasing the process and letting it flow (less effort and control over the situation,relax...).The effect is a deeper and more effective meditation.
You are doing ok in my opinion. |
