Hi,
After reading the holdback method, I tried it, but my wife does not like this at all, she does not want me to stop the strokes.
I will try to do the exercises on my own, but I am not sure if this will be enough.
Any thoughts, suggestions?
Thanks very much

Hi O4l4:
Take a look at this topic: http://www.aypsite.org/forum/topic....TOPIC_ID=724 While it is not exactly the same situation, the bottom line is the same -- "All in her own time..."
In the meantime, inform her gently and coax her skillfully. Just as you are recognizing her sexual needs, perhaps she can recognize yours. It is a partnership, yes? The truth be told, with skills in holdback you are in a position to give her more pleasure than she can imagine. That is coincident with the spiritual aspect.
And yes, solo practice is a good idea, if you are up for it.
Giving her a copy of the Deep Meditation book would not hurt either. Believe it or not, that has everything to do with what we are discussing here.
Wishing you the best on your path. Enjoy!
The guru is in you.
