I have noticed in the different threads the different time lag people use to add on practices. I would like to comment on how I have been doing it. I wait until my body starts doing the practice automatically, I then take it as it is ready for it. When I added e.g. mulabanda, I was already flexing done there automatically. When I read about solar enhancement, my mantra had already on its own moved to my solar plexus. Lately, when I sit for pranayama, my stomach just empties itself slowly, completely and my abdominal muscles rise. My tongue now wants to roll back.. I will start Kechari next (but holding back because I do not feel stable enough.) For me all this takes months and months.
