Hi Garlic:

It is a term used in Kriya Yoga that refers to "micro movement" beyond physical, ultimately beyond the manifest.

In AYP, the equivalent might be "whole body mudra," which is mudras and bandhas and other aspects of practice integrating (connecting) together naturally and gradually evolving beyond physical. See here: http://www.aypsite.org/212.html

When it has gone all the way, it is existence known as "stillness in action," which is non-duality/unity.

This is a bit advanced. Have you got a daily deep meditation practice started yet? That is the way you will come to to know these things first hand.

The guru is in you.
