This is an intense Siddha teaching/experience of the journey through breath. Take this inner journey/initiation when you feel ready for it. When you feel the tranquility, calm and maturity of seeking to receive this ancient blessing, go ahead!
The Inner Aum awakens the moon energy, the Goddess grace. It is an advanced yogic pranayama technique. When the Inner Aum is done, there is no further need for pranayama as balance is brought between the sun energy (right breath) and the moon energy (left breath). Mother Kundalini rises above through the resonance as the Spirit.
The awakening of the Goddess energy is essential to humanity. Humans transform from barbarians to angelic beings exclusively through higher consciousness as the awareness and worship of the Goddess. When we are awake, we discard belief systems, dogmas and religion and instead choose to be Oneness that is Peace- as nonviolence & non- killing of any living being. We worship each other as Divine. We respect and honor women as equals, if not more equal- as in our awareness to receive the Goddess grace that is gratitude to the our mother's womb and first love.

This is true.
When this happens to a person, should he just surrender to Mother Kundalini and let things go on as the Goddess wishes? Isn't it like a seed has sprouted within you and all you have to do is wait and watch. Of course one need to meditate/yoga to provide nourishment for the growth of this seed. But its much easier then.

I guess this is an advanced stage that takes some more time. Its an inner union. I hope to reach it by the grace of almighty within this life.
Where in India will you be staying?
Thanks |

divine manigma,
thank you for your thoughts/questions and input. "When this happens to a person, should he just surrender to Mother Kundalini and let things go on as the Goddess wishes? the process of breath & breathing techniques is like in gardening. before we plant seeds to grow (as to meditate, do pujas, do yoga), we clear the weeds, dig up & loosen the soil, etc- to come into the now of harmony- this is the purpose of pranayama. when we do the inner aum, the soil is ready for the journey to begin. the thread to meditation/ puja/ yoga is also ready. on one dimension, the inner aum prepares us for the journey, and on another, it is a journey by itself, i.e, mother kundalini invoked and self guiding. the end experience of doing the inner aum and then meditating/chanting/yoga/puja etc is the intensity and depth that is enhanced.
like all other 'techniques', mantras, visualization and rituals in the siddha pathway, the essence is simplicity, minimum intellect, and experience rather than learning.
will be in delhi, traveling through to gujurat.
all in the grace that flows,
aum
