Hi,

there are many many explanations of the effects of spinal breathing pranayama / kriya pranayama. Also the one of Yogani, especially in his book SBP.

This one from Gurunath is also special. Never heard it that clear from direct experience till the entering of nirbikalpa samadhi. It has 3 parts:

The other parts pop up at the right side.

Although it is exlained within the framework of the kriya yoga practice, the spinal breathing part within the central channel is directly linked to SBP.

Yeah, what he says is ultra motivating, as always when it comes from someone who practiced it himself and achieved waht he talks about. Same reason why we are here, because Yogani motivates like hell through his own experiences.

Here are two great additions:

First one is about: What is Yoga? (first half of the vid) in general together with a hint to spinal breathing (last quarter of the vid)

Second one is about the physics behind the breathing (the reason why spinal breathing is also seen as Karma Yoga):

All together should fuel some good bhakti too, enjoy :)
