I've found that talking a walk after eating can help stimulate digestion (common experience, right?). There are also certain yoga poses that may help with digestion, but the common recommendation is to not eat before yoga.
So, are there any poses that can be done after eating (maybe, after a brief walk after eating), that can help with digestion? Maybe after a particularly rich or large meal? Of course I experiment, but was wondering if others have also experimented with this.
