So the first experience of "de ja vu" i remember was in elementary school on a field trip... maybe another time

I believe this relates to dreams (while sleeping duh) lol anyway i've gotten this feeling a fair amount the past few weeks. When it happens i can sometimes recall the dream... today i did. Hum any thoughts or maybe a lesson with an explanation?

Also they are somewhat unsettling dreams so when i'm awake its a little unsettling when this feeling arises. Your advice would be appreciated.
