Hi,
Here is a communication I had with my inner self a long time ago when I was suffering a lot. I wasn't doing meditation regularly and not AYP, so it really surprises me to see that I could get such a profound and loving answer. Now when I read it I can feel the Love  So just wanted to share..
"
Dear God,
I have pains in my heart, and I am really confused, well not really any more, since I believe in you and I know you are helping and can help me..
But I want to know how can I become closer to you and lessen my suffering..

all is love
all your worries need not be
there is a reason for everything
and you need to let go of all worries
let them be
let the worries go
and be happy
do not fret about things you don't know
trust your destiny and believe in what is happening, let it come and let it go
all things will turn out correct and right at the end
Love everything and be happy
honor what is there and you'll be fine.. bad things come and they go, so there is no need to latch onto them
when you follow LOVE things will be just fine!!!!
